School additions were constructed in 1/3 the time of conventional masonry construction. 616 Man Hours to complete 11,300 square feet of wall area

The 11” ICF with a 4 hour fire rating and an STC rating of 53+ for exterior and demising classroom walls met the code requirements in a one step process decreasing construction time and cost associated with conventional separation wall construction. 

The solid reinforced concrete ICF wall system with a 200 mph sustained wind rating provided necessary requirements for Hurricane and Tornado Shelters.
